Using YGN Olympia

YGN Olympia provides software for gyms and fitness businesses to manage their operations. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Account & Access

You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for managing access provided to your staff, trainers, and other users. Account credentials should not be shared between users.

Your Responsibility for Customer Data

You’re responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate authority to collect, use, and provide personal information about your members, customers, staff, and other individuals through YGN Olympia.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid access to YGN Olympia is subject to the plan, subscription period, pricing, and payment terms presented when you subscribe. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, payment is due in advance for the selected subscription period.

Your subscription remains active for the period you have paid for. Before your subscription expires, we may send reminders to help you renew and avoid interruption to your service.

If your subscription expires without renewal, we may provide a grace period of up to 5 days during which access to YGN Olympia continues. After any applicable grace period, access to certain features may be restricted or your account may become read-only until the subscription is renewed.

Your existing gym data will not be deleted solely because your subscription expires. Any longer-term data retention or deletion will be handled in accordance with our applicable data retention practices.

Promotional offers, complimentary months, free trials, and Launch Program benefits may be subject to additional terms presented with the applicable offer.

Availability & Changes to the Service

We work to keep YGN Olympia reliable and available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. We may maintain, update, modify or improve the service over time and will provide reasonable notice of planned disruptions where practical.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as YGN Olympia evolves. We will post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date.
